12. What if I need to cancel?

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and there may be valid reasons for needing to cancel or reschedule a session. However, to ensure fairness and accommodate other clients, I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged the agreed session fee. Cancellations within the 24-hour period will be charged in full, as it can be difficult to fill the appointment slot at short notice.
